As promised, for the month of December we're doing a bit more of a relaxed theme. There is no set time period this month.
Instead, we're doing a lot of fun quizzes, question and answer sessions and polls to find out what you like about the blog and what you'd like to see different.
To start it off, we're going to do a question and answer session! Here's how it works:
1) Write out your questions in the comments below. Include who it's for- Marin or myself. You can ask us anything you want- where we were born, our favorite foods, our favorite animals, etc. We'll answer any and all questions we get! OVERRIDE: You can also ask me (Mykola Shapoval) questions. If you dare. Be warned- I may not answer all of them. RESUME
2) Marin and myself will then write up another blog post(s) answering those questions in detail.
3) Depending on how many questions we get, we may do a second Answer post if there are too many to cover in one post. We will do our best to answer all questions!
The Question and Answer session is open until Saturday night at twelve o'clock. Any questions after that may not be answered.

ReplyDeleteOkay, I mostly have questions for Marin, but one or two for Trevor as well.
Marin: Do you mess Czechoslovakia? Do you like time traveling? In one of your posts you mentioned that your "Father, slipping away while I was being dragged off." Why did your father leave you?
Trevor: Describe how you met Marin. Also, do you ever wish you could fix something in time but weren't able to do it?
Mykola Shapoval: What do you have against Trevor???

One more...One that has had me a bit confused. If when you went to the Cold War era, and then had to go back home before you knew what was going to happen...If the world did get blown up by the nuclear bombs, wouldn't you not have been born, and therefore not exist? It's kinda a confusing question...But it's had me a bit confused. :)

Do you do the cooking normally?

Trevor: Do you have a family? Do you ever visit the future? Have you ever seen the time travelling video "Time Changer" (great video!)? When did you get the idea to make a time-travelling watch? Where is your favourite place on earth? Can you do the Highland fling? Do you have a Scottish last name? Do you have a tartan for your family? Have you, in your travels, met any of my ancestors (some were Scottish, Irish, Northern Irish, English, and Norwegian, on the side that we know about!)? What is your favourite time and place in history?
Marin: What is your favourite colour? What is your favourite food? What is your favourite outfit? Do you want to be an inventor? What is your favourite time and place in history? If you ordered a pizza with one topping, what would it be? (very random thought) If you could have been born in a different time in history (or the future), would you have wanted that?
For Both (Trevor and Marin): What is your favourite song? Who is your favourite composer? What is your favourite instrument? How did you get animals to your island (I'm not sure, but did tigers live in Hawaii years ago?)? What is one word that you would use to describe each other? What is something that you both disagree on most? What is something that you both agree on most? If you could be somebody else, who would you be (or would you remain yourself)?
Mykola Shapoval: Listen up. This is not a question, or request. This is a command. LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or, as you've been keeping us updated on your plans, maybe we should let the police know!!! And believe me, you can't corrupt every force in the world. Good people will stand up for what's right. And they will stand against evil.
I hope that Trevor and Marin get rid of you right quick.

And do you have any more book suggestions for the Civil War period, books that would be geared more towards older teenage girls?
